What This Report Is For:

This invoice is the most commonly used one in the single copy system ... that is why we call it the Common Style.

It is the same layout as the Preprinted form but prints all of the headings. It can be used for dealers with 1 publication that bill 1 week at a time and want to see a daily breakdown of draws, returns and net sales ... or ... by dealers with multiple publications that only need details down to the daily and sunday levels.

Some of its features are:

Vertical format for easy on-site calculation of invoice
Separate billing and delivery addresses
Billing address prints in the correct area for windowed #10 business envelope
Cover prices can be printed or excluded (depending on setting in Location Info screen)
Prints blank lines in returns, sold and totals columns for "Calculate bill onsite" locations
Dynamically includes Bulldogs if location had any drawn or returned
Two user entered 75 character message lines
